Paul,
I just wanted to touch base with you and pass on my experience with a recent service issue. Jay-Lynn Lavallee was the service consultant on the job which was an issue with my brakes.
Jay-Lynn displayed a very professional manner in handling the problem and went beyond the call of duty by consulting the shop foreman and finding a solution.
In a time when we are all very busy and sometimes service can become secondary, Jay-Lynn displayed exemplary competence in handling the situation and should be commended for it.

Subject: Exceptional Service
Hi Paul,
I recently had a few of my trucks in getting serviced, which were nothing but a continual headache due to the unknown problems associated. One truck in particular was in and out of your shop for about 5weeks. As you can probably understand this can be extremely frustrating, especially when they are not available to go on the road. These problems were eventually rectified and I now have all my vehicles back on the road. For this I am very grateful to the courtesy, the professionalism and great attitude that I received from Lisa Holden and Sam the Scottish Mechanic. Throughout the entire duration that my trucks were out of commission, all my needs were met with the least amount of interruption necessary to impact my day to day business.
